Role: HEAD COACH | FOUNDER
Bio: John is a certified fitness professional and graduate of the School of Physical Education and Sport Science in Athens.
A former member of the Special Forces as an Amphibious Commando, he brings discipline, resilience, and a results-driven mindset to every training program.
His expertise spans Cross Training, Pilates, Yoga and weightlifting backed by extensive experience in martial arts and resistance training.

KaTHERINE alexopoulou
Role: HEAD NUTRITIONIST
Bio: Katherine holds a degree in Nutritional Science from Athens and specializes in sports nutrition.
A decorated judo athlete with multiple national championships, she blends scientific expertise with the mindset of a competitive athlete.
She has also completed coaching seminars in judo and continues her athletic journey through weightlifting and martial arts.
Katherine’s approach to nutrition is tailored, practical, and deeply connected to the demands of an active lifestyle.
